My purpose is people. I live for relationships and connection, so my favorite part of branding work is getting to know what makes you tick and why you do what you do or sell what you sell. Then, I ensure the thing that makes you different doesn't get lost in your branding and written content. If you love what you do, I want to help you craft words to connect with the people who need what you’re putting out into our world.
I also really wanted to be a physicist when I was a teenager. You couldn’t pay me to write a five-paragraph essay or finish a book. But I couldn’t escape words. And I systematically chose writing job after writing job. In my wee 20s, I published an alternative newspaper in Guatemala. EntreMundos! In my mid-20s, I reported on Capitol Hill and led a research team for Mother Jones magazine. Now, I run a copywriting business in San Francisco, creating written brand identities and online/offline written content for solo entrepreneurs, upstart brands, and established businesses.
